At City Car, we aim to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • The return is requested within 7 days of purchase/delivery
  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed auto parts
  • Electrical components (once opened or installed)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Services already completed (e.g., installation, coating, tinting, wrapping)

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • In some cases, refunds may be given as store credit

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or proof of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

6. Service-Based Policy

For services such as:

  • PPF (Paint Protection Film)
  • Ceramic Coating
  • Tinting
  • Wrapping

Refunds are not applicable once the service is completed. However, we will address any quality concerns or issues.


7. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
