1. Returns Eligibility

- The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- The return is requested within 7 days of purchase/delivery
- You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or installed auto parts
- Electrical components (once opened or installed)
- Custom or special-order items
- Services already completed (e.g., installation, coating, tinting, wrapping)
3. Refund Policy
- Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- In some cases, refunds may be given as store credit
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos or proof of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
6. Service-Based Policy
For services such as:
- PPF (Paint Protection Film)
- Ceramic Coating
- Tinting
- Wrapping
Refunds are not applicable once the service is completed. However, we will address any quality concerns or issues.
7. Shipping & Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
